The Hon. Tracy-Anne McPhee was first elected to the Yukon Legislative Assembly in the general election for the 34^th Legislative Assembly on November 7, 2016. She was re-elected in the general election for the 35^th Legislative Assembly on April 12, 2021.

The Hon. Tracy-Anne McPhee was first appointed to the Executive Council of Yukon (Cabinet) on December 3, 2016. She is currently Minister of Health and Social Services and Minister of Justice. During the 34^th Legislative Assembly she served as Minister of Justice and Minister of Education.

The Hon. Tracy-Anne McPhee is currently a member of the Standing Committee on Statutory Instruments. She was appointed to the committee by Order of the House on May 17, 2021. During the 34^th Legislative Assembly the Hon. Tracy-Anne McPhee was a member of the Members' Services Board.

The Hon. Tracy-Anne McPhee was the Government House Leader for part of the 35^th Legislative Assembly (until November 8, 2021) and also held that position during the 34^th Legislative Assembly.

The Hon. Tracy-Anne McPhee was sworn in as Yukon’s Ombudsman and Information and Privacy Commissioner on May 25, 2007 and served in that position until April 30, 2012.
