The membership to MSB was appointed by Order of the Legislative Assembly on May 13, 2021 (Motion No. 8). The membership of the committee was amended by the Legislative Assembly on October 31, 2024 (Motion No. 1082).

The Hon. Jeremy Harper is Chair of MSB pursuant to Standing Order 45(2).
