Documents parlementaires

Un document parlementaire est un document qui doit être déposé à l’Assemblée législative en vertu d’une loi, d’une décision de l’Assemblée ou d’un règlement. Les documents parlementaires sont déposés à la Chambre au cours de la période prévue à cet effet.

Réponses écrites

Une réponse écrite peut être produite pour : a) une question posée pendant la période de questions; b) une question écrite posée dans le feuilleton; c) une motion sur la production de documents; d) une question soulevée pendant une discussion à la Chambre ou au comité plénier et restée en suspens.

Documents archivés

On appelle « documents archivés » les documents déposés à la Chambre (habituellement pendant la période prévue à cet effet) et inscrits dans les documents de travail de l’Assemblée. Les documents parlementaires n’entrent pas dans cette catégorie.

Pétitions

Une pétition est une demande officielle faite par un citoyen à l’Assemblée législative aux fins de règlement d’une plainte.
